It doesn't read docx files as well as I had hoped. There is no text-to-speech function, among other nuisances. I suppose if you do original text, it will work fine, but there is a notable learning curve involved.

I am a non tech type. That said, I am learning. This program is different than other spread sheets I have used. The layout is harder to find the icons I use most. Some functions act differently with totaling colums. The color selection is poor for fill colors. I have been using Libre Office, free version. Works fine but freezes on me. I hope the problems here are just me.

Lack of Answers. No followup. I asked a simple question of "how to change and keep the default font" and was told I would be gotten back to. The incident occurred on the third, and I have heard nothing. During my trial I also suggested that Truly Office work more like WPS Office and instead of having multiple programs, it becomes a suite. Again heard nothing back. The support technician should have gotten back to me within three days. Really like Rumble, but am disappointed with the office suite so far.

You do not have APA or other types of formatting as templates. It is not really user friendly when writing formal papers.

I think Truly Office is good in the sense that it's not as bloated as MS Office and respects your privacy, but my biggest issue has been the lack of templates. I write resumes for people and the resume templates are just not very good at all. If they were to revamp their templates and have hundreds or thousands of well formatted, professional resume templates and other templates, I would be on board, but until that happens I'll keep using MS Word.

Opening Word documents is cumbersome. 1-Open Trulyoffice 2-Open new document (even if I'm not needing it) 3-Then open a Word document. At least with MS Word all I had to do was click on it.

I had a difficult time with uploading the softare. I had to contact the support staff several times and was given the same answer, until I made my last plea with the caveat I will cancel the order and ask for my money back, then I got the direct link for download. All my attempts with the "direct download" would yield to PCloud download which I did in part and then stopped and made my last email for help, at which time I received the link I needed to upload the software.
