TrueWorth CoachingReviews of trueworthcoaching.com

After almost a year of job searching, I finally landed a role. I was tempted to just accept the initial offer for fear of losing the deal, but Kadir helped me move past limited thinking by reminding me that negotiation is a normal and expected part of the offer stage. I can respectfully ask for what I want, and the worst they can say is no. Kadir helped me determine a target salary ask, as well as other considerations like a sign-on bonus that I would never have thought to ask for on my own. In the end, I was able to negotiate a 5% increase on my base salary, and I was happy with the outcome! For anyone considering working with TrueWorth, I'd recommend engaging as early as possible in your interview process, so you can build confidence and understand your worth well ahead of receiving an offer. This is such a great service!

I had never negotiated before and honestly felt uncomfortable asking for more. TrueWorth helped me shift my mindset, get past imposter syndrome; and see it as a professional conversation, not a confrontation. I ended up with a stronger package and more confidence going into future roles. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in tech who wants to be taken seriously.

Really glad I decided to use an offer negotiation coach! Kadir was super helpful in helping me navigate the offer process. My final offer was stronger than I expected and I got the title that I wanted along with it. Would totally use Trueworth for future negotiations :)
