I've been with TrueSky for 4 years now, if I didn't have all my bills filed with my TrueSky account I wouldn't still be with them. Support is never any help and acts like you're wasting THEIR time. The only pro is you can use zelle and they're a little more lenient with credit payments.

Our small local credit union was gobbled up by this monstrosity a little over a year ago. They destroyed the short term credit ratings of all of us by completely wiping out old accounts and opening new ones. Hard for self employed like myself who depend on short term credit. My score went down over 100 points the day they took over. The CEO promised many things to us but every single thing he promised did not turn out like he said it would. Still having problems to this day with mystery charges in accounts and it takes weeks to get resolved.
