I've recently completed two paid research surveys with True North Insights (formerly Capvision), worth a total of $220. There was initially some confusion regarding payment, which turned out to be entirely my fault. Joshua Galindez was extremely professional, courteous and helpful in resolving the misunderstanding, promptly clarifying the situation and arranging for the second payment to be expedited.

They invited me to participate for a survey and promised a compensation and pay it in 24 hours. I completed the survey but they never paid. After I asked, they said my responses didn’t qualify even though they had promised to pay for participating for the survey. Avoid this company!

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE TrueNorth is not the same as Capvision. Capvision always paid promptly, and in full. TrueNorth will short change you by changing your rate in the fine print. All other expert networks ask and confirm your rate of pay on every occasion. TrueNorth hides it, I will share this with everyone in my network, and I hope you do too. Do not do business with true.
