What a shocker!
What a shocking company. Their customer service is almost non existent, to the extent that we have googled them to see if they are still in business. Avoid at all costs.

We are an SME Manufacturing company forced to use TrueCommerce by our largest customer to receive their EDI Orders. We recently had issues with message translation. Despite logging a ticket, I was ignored, then fobbed off, then ghosted. It took a letter threatening court action to get them to respond. I have to say that TrueCommerce are, without doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service. Their Management Team should be truly ashamed at how they treat customers who are paying huge annual sums for a non-existent service.

We're in the process of implementing an ERP project and require Truecommerce to be part of an integration integration. We first briefed them in September 2025 and made them aware of ERP launch date, and they expressed their ability in assisting and ability to hit the timescales we presented. We have since have been passed around from one implementation consultant to another for about 6 months now and have had to realign on 3 separate occasions what the scope of the project is with absolutely 0 progress. Our ERP launch date has now been pushed back twice and we're on the verge of having to push it back a third time. No one picks up any of our calls or responds to any of our emails - even director level employees. It is impossible to plan resource management here as our ERP developer and my company cannot have people constantly on standby waiting for truecommerce to commit to starting. We prepaid them half a year ago, and have concerns as well about whether we will get the money back as so far no one is responding to any emails/calls. For anybody that is considering truecommerce as a trading partner, I would seriously consider who you are getting into bed with. Even if truecommerce offer a cheaper price, it is not worth the hassle.
