Please do not use this company. First - the majority of the service fee goes to the management company rather than to the cleaners. In the future I will work directly with cleaners who do the work themselves. I contracted for a deep move-out clean, which both sides estimated at 8 hours. We agreed to a 9 am start time. At about that time, when we had arranged our day accordingly,I received a text stating that the cleaners could not arrive until noon. What I did not know - but the manager/dispatcher did know - was that they would need to leave in less than 2 and a half hours. Furthermore I learned later that the cleaners themselves didn't know how much time was discussed. Furthermore, although he knew the cleaners couldn't spend the time required, the dispatcher accepted an ADDITIONAL $40 fee for cleaning inside our kitchen cabinets. I don't know whether that work requirement was relayed but it was not performed. So I was destined to get a little more than half the time expected. And indeed the cleaning performance was poor. The fridge was not clean inside or out, there were food particles on the stove, the windowsills weren't cleaned (even a dead insect in one sill), baseboards were not cleaned, laundry room was dirty all over, downstairs floor had dust from previous year's Christmas's decorations... etc. We couldn't tell what had been cleaned and what not cleaned. So we complained. Another cleaner was dispatched at 7:30 pm without tools to do the job, and we learned that this cleaner was paid out of the original cleaner's subcontract fee rather than from the management company. My wife and I went to the house with cleaning supplies and helped that cleaner finish the job, spending a total of about 3 hours of our own time with her, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. After my complaint, the manager/dispatcher offered a small partial refund to avoid my negative reviews - not nearly enough to compensate for the work we did to complete his job, nor enough to make me want to avoid letting others know. This person has steadfastly declined to apologize or acknowledge his own responsibility for the problem. This is an awful company.
