I placed an order months ago and was satisfied - but then I got abused with calls everyday looking for another order. Don't be fooled by their sexy catalog - they will then send you stuff you never ordered and charge your credit card. STAY AWAY FROM TRUE BRANDS

I would be cautious of this company. I received a notice that they are selling counterfeit goods. I have attempted to email customer support several times but there has been no response.

I order 1st time with this brand work fine, but when I place another order for 179$ the second time at the start it shows delivery charges of 16$ the order is successfully placed, and the amount is deducted from my account but after 2 to 3 days they charge more 45$ from my account for the extra shipping fee. I am so much disappointed with their services.
