John C has helped me multiple times with funding for my Real Estate business in order for me to buy more properties. I use John and True Advance because I have had issues with getting funding from other lenders because they say " real estate is restricted " this team gets it done and John is great. Thanks guys

Was really happy with John’s friendly demeanor and patience. I had numerous questions, and he answered all of them very promptly and professional.

John C was very helpful and knowledgeable about the funding process and stayed in constant contact with me while he guided me through to getting funded. I had a great experience with John C.

Amazing experience with True Advance!!! TJ and the team were nothing but helpful and pointed me in the right direction to get exactly what I came to them for. Happy I trusted my gut and went with this company. I would recommend them highly to anyone I know, and will absolutely be using them in the future. Thank you guys!

Thank you so much John for all the help! I wouldn't of been able to be approved without you and your partners. I'm so happy we can build this relationship and grow our business with your funds. I will need more money soon and I recommend John and the true advance team to anyone looking for a loan.

Quick response! Great company! I highly recommend to anyone in need!

Great communication with Michelle throught funding process, look forward to continue doing business with True Advance.

I was getting declined everywhere. John worked diligently to get me approved, although for a small amount, but it's a good start to building a relationship. Thanks, John!
