Very easy application process, very quick approval. They give you your space as soon as they know you are interested and until you decide. From the time I clicked submit application until closing was less then an hour.

Saul
Very easy, straightforward and delivered the product they advertised. Unlike other brokers who promise one thing but deliver another or cannot deliver what they promise. Trovy's technology-first approach also helped make the process smooth!

Getting a HELOC with Trovy was incredibly easy and fast. The process was all done online and had access to funds within 4 days of closing. I was approved for $242k. The whole team especially Bryn were extremely helpful and happy to answer my questions and walked me through everything. I highly recommend their services!
