Referral Bonus Honored
I chose Trovy for my HELOC and referred a friend Bruce Shultz who also used Trovy however because I was not aware of the referral link, no referral was given. I reached out and was unable to get this resolved until the head of customer service connected with me. I have to be honest, I did not expect such quick resolution and professional help but the referral bonus was honored and I appreciate the quick response. It has been a pleasure doing business with Trovy. Highly recommend!! Thank you

application process was easy to use
application process was easy to use and follow. Customer service helped out by getting papers together for review. Chris and Brynn was big help. Was told they would call me back in a couple minutes, they did. One of the best customer services I have deal with in awhile...closing was a breeze, only took about 15 minutes and that was reading the papers prior to signing with notary....

Easy process
Easy process. Loading of docs also easy. If you’re good with technology, even easier. Got consistent updates on the process. Would recommend.

Application was easy and fast
Application was easy and fast. I’m very thankful to all the support agents for sending me updates.. It took me just a couple of minutes to finish the online notary. Although It took me some days to finish the application due to my busy work schedule, the process was not that hard
