I have taken two trips with Tropical Birding and am scheduled for another already. They are an excellent company with expert, friendly guides and good drivers - these people have hard jobs and they do it superbly. The mini-busses we've had have been spacious and I believe have afforded all or most to have two seats (which is needed for gear and just general comfort). The days are long, but these trips are designed to see many birds. In general I would greatly prefer nicer accommodations, but I think this is a function of the infrastructure and general situation with birding than with TB.

We have had 2 wonderful trips with Tropical Birding. The last was to Madagascar with Ken...it was above perfect.

As always, Sam Woods was a star. Looking forward to using Tropical Birding and Sam again, and again, and again.

Pantanal trip was amazing! Once in a lifetime. I highly recommend it. Andres is a great leader.

the first tour I went on with you was not so great. the guide was taking too many pictures, when I feel, he should be looking for photo ops for the client. the last trip to Brazil was much better. Nick only took pictures when he was assured we were on the bird. when on a photo specific bird tour, I feel the guide should always be on the look out for photo ops fro the client and not worry so much about his shots. I was a guide myself for 20years in Florida and never took my camera when I was with a photo client.
