I had amazing customer service ordering medals online with trophy supermarket. The prices were competitive and a bit cheaper than many other companies. They went above and beyond to help me as I needed the medals delivered in a short time frame. They were able to sort this out for and kept in close contact right up until it was out for delivery. They used a very reliable delivery service too. I would definitely use them again.

Having legitimately ordered a trophy for a special occasion and paid for it I was informed that they didn't have the trophy in stock. Really? How on earth can you sell something you don't have and also have the nerve to take my money! Trophy not delivered, occasion ruined. Thank you so much PATHETIC!
