I ordered a draft board on August 20th for an August 29th draft. With two day shipping. They never sent the item and now I’m stuck with nothing because there’s not enough time to order. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Update at the end. I purchased a belt for my fantasy football league that stated that it had customizable engravings. When I received the belt it came with a think metal sticker that had printed words on it rather than etched engravings. Despite the lack of quality that I felt like I was getting with the first belt, I decided to try a different belt from them for a new league that I started. I spoke with customer service and requested a customized belt which they told me that they could make for me. Once I placed my order they, then told me that they could not make the belt that they promised and tried to nitpick the wording of previous emails despite the clear intent to offer me a customized belt. After sharing my discontent with their initial rude email, the head of support Elaine still offered no reconciliation for the miscommunication and suggested I spend another $50 to customize the belt myself once I received it. I then suggested that maybe they could provide the a discount on the additional cost for the inconvenience and Elaine sent me a disgraceful $10 off the new $50 expense that I needed to create the belt that they originally offered. Update: After seeing my review Elaine sent me a follow up email where she screenshot a review that I left and said that she did not appreciate being subjected to personal attack. This is completely unprofessional, as I have not said anything in this or any review that is rude or that is untrue.

Terrible customer service. They messed up our biggest award of the year, wouldn't correct their error, and would also not answer my emails when I kept trying to follow up. Will not use them again and will continue to urge others to not. Genuinely worst company I have dealt with.

Very disappointed. We got the "Champ" version and it broke after 2 uses. A guest (game winner) spun around wearing it around their neck and it bummped agains a column and shattered. I contacted customer support which was AI so it took 3 emails before I got what seems like a human response and they would not replace it. We were just beyond the 30 days but I explained we had only had a chance to use it twice. The products look great, might have been a fluke that this one broke but I would expect better customer service especially at the $50 price point. We would have bought more : (
