The loop on the belt basically disintegrated after a few wearings and, since it was beyond the original guarantee date, the company had absolutely no interest in hearing about it. They said it was normal wear and tear. However, I can guarantee you I only wore the belt a few times. These belt are inferior, made from inferior materials and supported with inferior customer service.

Hi Jeremy, as we mentioned in our e-mail communications with you we do not understand where your expectation is coming from that we would offer a return for a full refund an entire year after purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy which is the standard for retail brands and offer replacements for gear with defects or premature wear and tear. We'd love to hear what retail brand you're buying from that offers full refund returns a year after purchase so we can get our order in.
