Consumer & Consumer A.
Never sent items, never answered, never returned payment.
With Triode Elec. (also using a name "Triode USA"), Ordered kits and extra parts. Paid close to $3000. Extra parts were delivered within a week. Extra parts were about $300 dollars. Kits worth over $2000 never arrived. Sent an email with photos of boxes and contents. Received an email with tracking numbers after a week. Sent an email to USPS with tracking numbers. Received an email from USPS for every tracking number stating "...regret to inform you that we were unable to locate any delivery information in our records..." Kept sending emails and Triode Elec. (Triode USA) never responded for two months. After two months, I saw that tracking codes provided by Triode Elec. (Triode USA) was registered to USPS. USPS website showed "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". Took a screenshot and sent to Triode Elec. (Triode USA) via email. The company never responded. Kept sending the "Pre-shipment" status checked on USPS to the company for 1 year. The company never responded and refund was never provided until I met someone who helps consumers against fraud. Trace of my complaint for the incident is being create via BBB and review sites. Complaint is being filed with FTC as advised. Complaint is being filed with state attorney general and consumer protection agencies. All other consumers can file a complaint to recover for losses when a seller does not fulfill its obligation then refuse to communicate and fail to return payment received for their obligation.
