We're very sorry for not replying to you in time because it was outside working hours. We will reply to you as soon as possible after seeing your message. Since postage is based upon shipped weight, our warehouse do weigh their items for the most part. And the Carriers do not deliver opened packages without it being identified as damaged in some manner in the delivery to avoid liability. If it was found opened after delivery by receiver, we'd advise to have a claim for property theft & a claim on USPS official website. A case can be opened, however you have a delivery stamp & that will work more in your favor than against. We'd much appreciate if you could share the case number after filling a claim with them.
