Trimyxs is a brilliant concept, especially for the 'senior-community' where things get unmanageable as we age. This company is the real-deal and you will not find better customer service anywhere! Outstanding experence overall!

Purchased the unit, did fit my mower but will not work due to my lawn is older and has lumps and dips that cause the unit to dig in or go above the grass edge. Unfortunately they only accept returns if the unit has not been installed. HOW WOULD YOU KNOW IT DOESN'T WORK UNLESS YOU INSTALL IT. Be aware you may be out $200 if it doesn't work.

Had some fitment issues with the hardware I received with my mower but the owner gave me his personal contact information and worked through the issue and quickly sent some new hardware to make the trimmer fit my mower. Unit is well built, very well designed and seems very powerful.
