About Trilliumdrafting
Trillium Drafting provides comprehensive landscape CAD drafting, irrigation design, and CAD production consulting for boutique landscape architecture firms, landscape designers, and design-build companies. Based in Marin County, California, we support firms remotely, helping them expand production capacity and turn their design ideas into clear, coordinated construction documents. Our drafting services support schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. We produce complete drawing sets and individual plans, including existing conditions, demolition, plant protection and removal, layout and dimensions, materials, grading and drainage, planting, irrigation, lighting, utilities, construction details, and sections and elevations. Services also include site base preparation, schedules, drawing coordination, and redline revisions. We work closely with each firm to document its design intent, follow its graphic standards, and prepare plans that communicate clearly to clients, contractors, and project consultants. We also offer irrigation design services for California landscapes, including Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance (MWELO) compliance documentation. We help firms integrate irrigation plans, landscape water budget calculations, and supporting documentation into their project drawing sets, coordinating irrigation design with planting plans and project requirements.Alongside project services, Trillium Drafting helps landscape firms improve how they run their internal CAD production. Our consulting services address AutoCAD and Land F/X workflows, drawing templates, layer standards, block and detail libraries, annotation systems, external reference organization, sheet setup, plotting standards, and Sheet Set Manager. We help firms establish practical production processes that improve consistency, simplify collaboration, and reduce repetitive work.Whether a solo designer needs dependable drafting support or a small studio wants a more organ
