They sent my package to a wrong address & even billed my account under a wrong billing address.. I called immediately and the customer service representative had the nerves to tell me she doesn’t care. Are you serious trilastin?!?! It isn’t the first time am ordering from this company.. but never again. Horrible

I have very poor skin genetics and recently gave birth to my daughter and have stretch marks everywhere. I took a chance with this product but it seems like it gave me more stretch marks! I didn’t even think that could be possible but they are still bright red and there are more of them and i apply once in the morning and once at night everyday.

No changes after 2 weeks of use

Haven’t seen any improvement what so ever. was super optimistic but don’t recommend buying.

I loved this product. Then I bought my last batch and it had chunks of some waxy textured substance in it. They sent me another one and the same thing. Really sad because I loved it before because the texture was so smooth and lux on the skin. Now it just leaves waxy bits all over my skin and some of it just flakes off. Don’t feel like the product is supposed to be that texture and something went wrong when they mixed those lots. Bummer because it’s not exactly cheap.

I wrote to the company and asked why the shipping rate was so expensive to Denmark. I got an email from Sarah who wrote that it was because the shipping cost now covered all duties and fees. Well I recieved my product but also a bill with duties and fees I had to pay in Denmark. This means I have paid twice as much! It was misleading information, will never order from the side again. I wrote to the vonpany sgain but without any respond thats why I only give you one star, because you dont respond.

NEW EDIT.AGAIN. Just now they have increased prices of products, by A LOT, and have taken away most of the deal packages. Never buying again. Absolute greediness, have to share my dissapointment having spent a lot of money already just now to.never be able to buy again because of this change OKAY EDIT TO THIS REVIEW I'm absolutely disgusted how they have gone and increased the cost on everything, made it more expensive to order to my country, I'm not going to be buying anymore, can't afford it. And the way their customer service and contact email, they never respond to. Have spent a LOT of money on this. And now they increase the prices. Cant buy it anymore. Shame on you trilastin. Gave 5 star now take it to 2, because of this absolute disgusting price changes Orders always come in good timing to Australia. Been using this product on and off since 2012. It works reducing, but takes time. Depending on how new or old the marks are. . Mine are old, but it reduced and strunk them very significantly in certain areas. Taken out the deep ones and smoothed them out so doesn't have a "wrinkle" texture. Very happy with it. The ht warming gel doesn't work all the time, only works for me when getting out a hot bath and undo bathroom heating light. The cream isn't cheap when ordering in my currency, but it has helped me a lot. Though I feel I need to get other things done to them to reduce them more, but will still continue using the cream after I get other treatments done. *Also 25, and stretch marks from puberty, olive skin. Although I might add, the product must of been changed in recent years, as back in 2012 13, it shrunk them really quick, and saw results really fast, they being silver and old then. Been using again recently for 1 year and half and has improved deeper stretch marks, but not doing a certain action as I noticed in the past, I remember it making the stretch marks become purple and pink. But doesn't do that anymore. All in all though this product has helped me a lot, and I have a real problem with them over the body. Don't expect things in a few months, takes about 6 months to actually see results, and you will see them.

I had a really bad experience with the customer service for this product !
