Really BAD tile work and service.
Do NOT use this company. I called for replacement of 2 toilets and asked for tile work in my family room. I ordered $4500 worth of tile and carried in the 22 cases that came. I paid for the entire job 1/2 up front - $900 and then the balance the day the company said they were done. I was shocked when I arrived home to find the floor a complete mess. Apparently The owner was too busy and sent his brother, who destroyed my family room, tore the walls up, spray painted red paint for who knows why and absolutely ruined my tiles. The brother actually parked a junk car in my garage for 3 days and only removed when I had to request it be taken off my property. When I confronted the owner, he offered to come fix the job, but would plan to bill me for the clean up and installation again. The job is so wrong I can't believe this is how this company does business. I'm out several thousand dollars on this job, I've just had another 6 cases of tile delivered and am now searching for someone to come install the tile and repair the walls of my family room. I am happy to share pictures of the work if requested.
