Pushy sales people in Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS.
1. Telling me how bad my skin was.
2. I let him put stuff on my eyes. Didn't help at all. But still pushed product!!
3. Quoted price..when said too much he offered freebies. Still said no.
4. By the time I could get out of there he had offered many price reductions. Such a scam. Way to pushy. I will stick with my Mary Kay. If I could give it no stars I would!!!

Only bad experience of my trip
I'm in Honolulu for 2 weeks and I have been chased around by these salespeople the whole time. Their marketing strategy is so super aggressive that it borders on harassment. My first occurrence was while looking walking through a local market on the ground floor of my hotel. The person came out of the store, acted like he knew me and took my arm and propelled me into the store. He never stopped talking. I can't even explain it. I'm pretty good natured so I'll listen to a spiel, knowing I won't buy anything. But I try to be polite. I know everyone has to make a living. He basically explained all my skin issues until I felt like a hideous monster who shouldn't even be out in public. He kept asking "don't you want to fix your forehead.....crowsfeet.....smile lines......redness " and so on as I kept resisting. I said I earned every wrinkle and wear them as a badge of honor. And no,I'm fine with how I am. I finally had to get out of there because he started to ring things up and make an appointment with their doctor or something. It was crazy! I'm not even capturing for you how intense and stupid it was. And I was just minding my own business. I know myself and knew I wasn't going to buy anything. But I can imagine people getting pressured into it very easily. I don't know or care how good your product is if you have to use snake oil salespeople to hawk it. They are all over the city and yell at you as you walk by to try their free product. They are targeting older people like me. It's really annoying and obnoxious and was the only bad experience on my trip. I made a special effort to get the name and leave this review. I think you're trying to make people, especially women, feel bad about themselves in order to sell your product. If it's good and does what you say, should you really have to use these extremes to sell it? Ladies and gents, do not fall for this aggressive, insulting and shameless con. You're better than that.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER - SAVE YOUR MONEY
Purchased three products whilst holidaying in Hawaii from Australia. This would have to be the BIGGEST SCAM EVER. The products that they use on you in the Stores IS NOT what you receive. After researching I have found out many facts on the products and the Owners. Please don't get sucked in by this like I did.

My most negative experience ever and a WARNING to others.
I share an email account with my husband. This review was from my experience. First of all, I would have rated my experience with negative numbers if I were allowed. But, here's my story and a word of warning.
A friend and I just began a shopping trip at the lovely Poipu Shopping Village in Koloa, Kuaia. After leaving a jewelry store we were approached by a nice young lady with a free sample. We accepted it and were prepared to go on our way but she encouraged us to come try a free application of a special eye cream. My friend couldn't, due to a skin condition, but I decided to try it. She was pleasant, seemed knowledgeable and excited about the product. She did one eye area, then the other, after showing improvement in the first one. Quite awhile later, I was finally given the cost of the product. $1,400. WHAT!!!! I didn't want it, I told her I never spend money like that without consulting my husband THAT'S WHEN "THE BIG GUNS" CAME OUT! A man, supposedly the boss, who'd been waiting in the wings, came out to point out that I needed all kinds of their products and could get lots free by purchasing the $1,400 Eye Cream. He said if my budget was the issue he could help with that. He started putting products on my face, with no explanation, while being extremely pushy and rude. I thought he was showing me some lower cost options for me. WAS I WRONG. He said, "Your husband must spend money doing things for himself, therefore you have every right to do the same." I told him no and that I DON'T SPEND that kind of money without discussing it with my husband. I wouldn't spend that much. This time he tried a different tactic, all while putting products on my face. I didn't really know what was on me or whether it could just be wiped off so I could go. He was SO PUSHY, CONDESCENDING AND DEMEANING OF ME, AND HOUSEWIVES in general. He said every BORED HOUSEWIFE in the country decided to sell "Cheap, DO-NOTHING products AND call themselves skin experts. UNLIKE HIM, they had NO knowledge of true skincare AND were just trying to sell me "STUFF" so they could get THEIR STUFF free. He was so quick, so practiced at his pushy, rude, insulting sale's tactic that WE were left speechless. When I was able to ask if anything needed to be done (like apply a neutralizer) with the JUNK on my face so I could leave, I had him hand me a cloth to wipe it off. We finally were able to get away from there after 20+ minutes. Our whole mood and shopping experience were RUINED. DO NOT LET ANYONE PULL YOU INTO A STORE LIKE THIS WITH A PROMISE OF A FREE TRIAL. ALSO, I WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER LET ANYONE PUT STUFF ON MY FACE IN A MALL AGAIN.

LIES!
The face machine thatthe saleman sold us , he sold us on FALSE information!! The MAIN reason we bought it was to help with skin cancer issues/medical...and when we got home, the instructions SPECIFICALLY say “Do not use if you have a history of skin cancer!”
We contacted customer svc, saying they sold this to us on false premise, and they refused to refund our money, but sent a new machine and said send the other one back!
I fear we have an inferior product now, it is NOT the one we agreed to buy, AND the salesman confirmed he sold to us emphasizing “sin can er”, and that was WRONG! The company should have BY ALL MEANS refunded our money!!!
I am so angry that this “nice salesman “ sold us a product based on LIES!
The fact that they are international and in America, and still refused to refund is maddening.
Don’t buy from these people!
