Tresor RareReviews of tresor-rare.com

This is a total rip off. Please don’t buy this. When you call them or email you get No answer. It’s a rip off I parted with £750 in a store in oxford street London I was done !!!!

I have tried several times contacting customer service about an order I submitted on mistake, and no has answered my emails, commented, or canceled my order and addressed my concerns. I am extremely frustrated and unimpressed by this company and their poor service despite their high prices and luxurious product line.

I've purchased my product online last week but system duplicate the charges 3 times. I've tried write message under "CONTACT ME' at website for refund. Unfortunately, there was no response. I've tried to Tresor Rare call hotline, it went to voice message and left message with no return call back. I've reported the case to my bank, if i didn't hear back from Tresor Rare, i will ask my bank to action for refund in this week. In addition, i've received my product within a week, appeared the delivery service is good, however, when i opened the box, OH MY GOD, the product was damage, the cover was broken and spitted the cream over the box. There was NO free gift in the box where it stated in the web. I've contacted Tresor Rare CS hotline, again, no feedback yet. It's very bad experiences that i had. I just want to express my frustration. How come a luxury cosmetic company services is like that. I still have to chase for the refund and product replacement this week. I hope someone from Tresor Rare can response to me as soon as possible. Thanks Winnie

I purchased over 4,00$ at the Nassau store, including the Avology machine, the serum, and 3 other facial products. I also experienced, like other customers in other reviews, forceful sales people pushing the products on me. Because I didn’t have my credit card on me, they wanted me to leave my driver’s license in order to force me to go back to the store. I didn’t leave my driver’s license, but went back to buy the products. I bought the products and each box has a card for a free gift. When I returned home, I proceeded to contact customer service in order to get my free gifts. To my amazement, I was told that there was only one free gift per customer. After spending so much money, I’m only allowed one?? But each box had one card!! Well, I agreed to get the one free gift and another nightmare began. I had to produce receipts, the product registration email, credit card statement. And write a positive review on the site. Which I had already done because the products are decent. To make a long story short, after writing 11 emails and sending the required documentation, I never received my free gift, which I think might be a sample size product.

This past week I Felt very harassed and forced into buying items at the Nassau store in the village. I was on my own and the service staff did not give me any personal space when I sat down. I came back to try and return the items and the same guy didn’t give me back what I wanted and I felt ripped off again. I like the products but the way this specific store is run is very shady. I felt violated and embarrassed when I brought my 10 year old daughter with me and the salesman decided to ask about my married life in front of her. Very unprofessional and just plain wrong.

I did not enjoy my experience when buying this product. The sales guy was so mean and pushy for me to buy this product. He even said I was dirty during one of his example. He would not let me leave until I purchased something. I was on my lunch break and was late for coming back. I told him this product was very expensive and he had his foot on my neck until I paid for the item for I can leave. I told my boyfriend to return it for me but they will not let him. Never again Tresor Rare, never again.

The products they use in the store are NOT what you take home. No refunds means you have no recourse. This is a bait and switch scam. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.

I can make this product for less than 30 bucks and it costs 1000. The ingredients are extremely simple and some of them give benefits now and dry out skin later (methicones). My father bought this and it's appalling. The incident list is the same as any 10/15/20 dollar product at cvs. Don't buy. They up their perceived value by making it enormously expensive
