My name is Tina. On Dec 16, 2020 I was Christmas shopping at the Landing in Branson, Mo. I was walking past Tresor Rare when a salesman runs out to me and hands me a gold colored packet and takes my arm and pretty much drags me into the store and sits me down in a chair and automatically starts applying a eye cream on my face and he has an accent and is talking so fast I could barely understand what he was saying. He did not ask if I had any allergies before he applied the eye serum. Only after he applied. Then before I could even understand or comprehend what was going on, he already had my bank card and pretty much demanded that I get the facial. I told him I did not want the facial and I was on a short time limit. The facial took an hour and when he was finished I could not feel my lips and the serum he applied was so caked on my face, it rolled off like some kind of glue. My face broke out in little pimple looking bumps. So I took the unwrapped, never opened product back to the store the very next day on Dec 17,2020 and ask for a refund and I was told that since I got the facial I cannot return or get a refund. I was not told any of this before he demanded me to get the facial. So now I am stuck with $300.00 of unopened, still in the plastic wrapping, eye serum and peeling gel. This is WRONG.... I was manipulated and pretty much forced into buying this product. I have called the Better Business Bureau and made my complaints. This needs to stop.
