I had purchased a product from Tresor Rare that I had a disappointing concern about due to my own lack of knowledge about the product. Pursuant to contacting Tresor Rare, I received an immediate response from Stephanie in customer service. Not only was she sincerely concerned about my expectations, she immediately remedied the situation and put my mind at ease. I had not used the products before and now that I am totally in love with Tresor Rare, I am very appreciative for Stephanie's empathy, knowledge, experience and professionalism. It has been a pure joy to work with her to put my mind at ease. I will continue to be a lifetime fan of Tresor Rare!!! A++++

The product that I received from Tresor Rare is incredible. But this Five Star rating really is due to the customer service that I received from Stephanie. **** within 12 hours I was contacted by Tresor Rare, they do not see the product I have issues with, the store purchased from another vendor. I do apologize for the 1 star as I stated below the products are WONDERFUL and I apologize for being negative without all the information on hand. Thank you for such fast action. Okay some of the best products I have ever used. Then there is The customer service that apparently only care about sales PERIOD!! I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of the product one being the blue Sapphire light. It will not charge, less than two years old OF course I have original receipt I can not get any help. Any answers no response at all much less any resolution. I actually have product on order right now, at this point—expect a return. Product fantastic; Brand =employees NOT worth the money you pay

I am still amazed by how this product works. We have a store at one side of our hotel. The man that give us the demostration did it only on my husband left eye,after 3 days my husband's treated eye still look 10 years younger. We definetely came back and bought the product .

I love the Complete Age Defying Eye cream and Neck concentrate products. I have been using both for over a year now and can't believe how many times people tell me I look 10 years younger htan I really am! Tresor Rare is the best I have ever used!
