I had a problem with the syringe being defective. I contacted customer service and within two days, they had responded that a new eye serum had been sent. Best customer service! Thank you to Stephanie who handled my issue.

I was reading through the comments and alot of people are having/had a bad experience. This is so crazy! I went in to the mall in Kansas, I was walking past Tresor Rare store and was approached by a employee of that store talking about how good their product was and asked if I would mind to step in and for him to apply the products to my face, said I would be amazed by their product. I took a chance and accepted his offer. He done one side so I could visually see the product work. I have to say, when I looked in the mirror, I'll tell you, I wanted to purchase right then and there!! Its a bit pricey I'll say that HOWEVER a product that actually works on the exterior of your face and is very noticeable! You can see the difference in sides!! Its worth the money to me period! I've tried so many different products and NONE of them worked like they said! Yea my face felt good, nothing compares to the feeling of expecting it not to have the results that your longing for and turn around to see very clearly that this product actually really works!!! I was ecstatic over the results! He finished my other side as well lol it was so noticeable I had to and fell in love with it!! The bad news is, I can't afford those high prices, Ugh, I will vouch for this product though, it's well worth every penny, because it really works!!!! The best out there thus far, for sure!!💖 I do want to say this to the customer service lady on here that responds to peoples comments, You keep saying that they're indivually owned or whatever so you don't have control of their customer service reps and the way they do business so on so forth.. Let me just say that its high time especially with all these negative comments to take control some how! This is your product that they're promoting for you everyday, they are dragging your product and what it stands for through the mudd and soaking up all negative and spreading it around making y'all look bad! If they are promoting your products for you, why in the world wouldn't you have some kinda say in the matter of poor customer service, shipping wrong and opened products ect... Your product is the best out there so far because you can really stand behind it proudly knowing that it really does work and that your not just pulling the wool over peoples heads saying any and everything just to get it to sell!! Them side chains wouldn't be having anything to do with my business running it through the mudd giving it a bad name and very poor reviews. Come on now, I know there's other people out there that feel the same as I do and would be willing to have your back and help weeding out the bad rude workers! I know I'm in 100! Take a stand for your company!! Its amazing and well worth it!!!

I received my merchandise the very next day and was very happy with the ordering process this time. My information was already stored and it made ordering a breeze! And of course the products are excellent!

Worked with a great salesperson, Liora, at the store in Las Olas in Ft. Lauderdale. She stopped my partner and I on the street for a demo. The quality of the product spoke for itself. I LOVE the eye cream - I’ve only been using it for a few weeks and it’s removed the bags under my eyes. I also highly recommend the Ultimate Pearl facial cleanser, peel and moisturizer - they make your skin feel so clean and healthy. The products are pricy but worth it.
