I purchased the product in dubai hills mall. in my personal experience, the product was BAD!!!.First, staff will approached u to give sample then explained the product itself and offered complimentary facial. The first product i purchased was on Apr 2022, is (Ultimate Pearl facial feel - AED 400). Then they invited me for complimentary facial on Apr 13,2022, and purchased product which the specialist recommended (BX skin relaxor essence, BX skin relaxor foaming cream cleanser & BX skin relaxor thermal mask - worth AED 3,000). i used the peel twice a day as per instruction. Apr 18,2022 i used thermal mask & essence. after 2 week i used again the thermal mask & essence. Then 2nd week of May, my face start to have Acne both cheeks and its a little bit itchy and red. May 26,2022, i send my photo by watsapp to the staff informing her of what happen to my face bcoz of Tresor products. She started questioning me about what i eat etc...i told her theres nothing wrong of what i eat. its really from the products. May 27, i went to the store to return the product and ask for refund. However, staff told me that someone will call me unfortunately nobody does. i got the no. of the Manager told me they will not refund. He told me to wait the acne got dry and used again the product. what a remarkable solution!!! we have the conversation via watsapp. Partly i have mistake for believing to their sales talk and the staff who check my face, even though shes not a real dermatologist. i paid total of AED 3,400 for the products which give me ACNE and discomfort to my face. if i have enough money to pay for a lawyer i will sued them, i have photos of my face with acne after i used the products. i lost the money, got acne scar on my face, i feel so down and disappointed bcoz of Tresor product.

I fell for a sales scam which is totally my fault but I figured I’d paid a load of money for the products so I might as well use them. Turns out, they are terrible quality. My skin is now full of spots and dry to the touch having been using the cream for just two weeks. I won’t even try and get my money back as judging by the reviews on here it isn’t worth it. Stick with what you know and don’t be lured in by fancy bags and freebies is my advice. I bought the facial peel and got moisturiser for ‘free’ (total cost of nearly $300) both are absolutely terrible and will be going in the bin.

Watch it. Can not cancel order prior to delivery. Bahamas store does not tell you the whole store.

SCAM! Don't go near these mall people. I'm not sure where or how they are trained or brainwashed but they are the most hard-sell scam artists I have ever encountered. My friend took me on a cruise and go sucked into buying thousands of dollars of junk cream to give me a gift. Body cream caused severe rash and the company refused to refund a dime. Compensated by sending me more product. The containers are designed to be look like you're getting a great deal but hold only a small amount. The eye-cream won't dispense product. The gold and silver coating comes off in your hand. RUN IF THEY APPROACH YOU IN A MALL OR OFF THE BAHAMA ISLANDS!!!

I was shopping at a mall in Schaumburg Illinois when I had a man give me a sample he rubbed on my arm. That turned into him showing me some product on my face, ok it seemed to work and I bought some. He then told me I could come back for a free facial, I thought great I just paid a good amount of money for these products a free facial would ease my mind over shelling out what I just did. Fast forward a few days and I come back for the facial. They had me sit with some “expert” who was supposedly a specialist on facial skin blah blah. 5 seconds in abs I realize she’s trying to sell me more, and not just some eye cream, she wanted me to buy some kind of skin rejuvenation gadget for damaged skin from sun and age. I thought ok I’ll listen but I didn’t need anything else. Then she hits me with the price…… $5k!! That was “on sale” I said sorry no, she continued to make me feel awful saying my family couldn’t care about me if I “couldn’t” spend that on myself?!? I told her in the nicest way possible to mind her own business and if she wanted to degrade someone she should speak with her co-workers who told me this was a free facial NOT a sales meeting. These people would steal from your pockets if you were dying in the street, awful, soulless people. RUN from this company as fast as you can!!!

They asked me if I showered :( Went in, tried the exfoliator, dead skin came off, yay. Then they joked asking if I showered. I was so embarrassed, I wanted to leave, but they wouldn't let me. I had to tell them well over 3 times that I did not have any money for them, even resulting to raising my voice. (I'm a quiet, scared in social situations, type girl.) The whole store knew of my financial situations by the end of the ordeal. Even so, they kept offering me deals. I was only able to leave by telling them I'd be right back to make a phone call to see if I could get the money. UNBELIEVABLE. I was so insecure and ashamed, I spent 3 hours scrubbing my skin in the shower that night instead. (I was supposed to be at a wedding, which is why I was in the mall in the first place- to get a dress, yes last minute) Social anxiety sky rocketed. But hey, at least you have pretty boys with accents to sell your product because you need some kind of buffer for your aggressive sales tactics. Is that even ethical to higher only white, skinny, pretty boys with foreign accents and blue eyes? Equal hiring opportunities? Representation from all backgrounds? Talk about diversity and realistic body images. Like living in a surface level barbie dream house with a prisoner interrogation room for a basement. The product didn't seem terrible when I tested it. I in fact thought it was nice. Too bad customer experience was god awful with a bow wrapped around it.

Am I the only one who’s containers say “Treasure Rare”? I was scammed in Vegas, I believe the Venetian store. My fault for stopping!

Any positive review is a part of the scam. This company is a scam and the associates aggressively push you to buy hundreds if not thousands of dollars that you can’t review. They are heartless and take advantage of you.
