Had an issue with a purchase in Las Vegas. Called customer service and Stephanie was a huge help!!

Best skincare products that I have ever used ...

Stephanie was helpful, sent gift pack out. Originally purchased items from nassa Bahama does not work like product that was applied in the store. I have not used what was recieved from Stephanie yet so I cant tell if it works or not. Anybody else out there please check web before purchasing. Price is way different from site to site - read Bbb comments b4 purchasing. I wish I could have. While in Bahamas we had no internet. Felt pressured by very nice people in store fronts. I knew better but w, my husband as and saying how much better my skin looked he purchased. Got home w product not same affect at all.

I had an excellent sales purchase experience in Nassau, Bahamas with Tresor Rare sales associate Adrian. I sold cruises for ten years and telecom for five years prior. Though I now work at an upscale grocery bakery in Northern Virginia, I still appreciate a good sales person. Adrian is charming and knows and believes in his product. And the product actually sells itself. I knew I was being sold and laughed out loud that it didn't bother me. Please pass along my regards to Adrian. I hope to see him again when he visits the Pentagon City Tresor Rare. I will take him out to dinner lol.

Contacted Stephanie in customer service for directions and instructions on these fabulous products I purchased and after ONLY 3 weeks I can see amazing results !!!!!! WOW! THANK YOU :) Will be buying again

The products and along the dermisonicthat I took are improving my skin. I had acne issues and now it is reducing. Also last week I've done the gold facial it's really amazing. But I'm annoyed about one thing is that since july I've transferred money for shipping of my free gift and still nothing. Thanks to stephanie that now she is responding to my mail
