I purchased the Tresor Rare Express 60 Second Lift while in Nassau. In order to get a free gift, I filled the Tresor Rare on-line survey regarding my shopping experience, which started out fine, but then evolved into a high pressure sales tactic. Stephanie quickly responded to my concerns on the survey and addressed the shopping experience I had. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was truly a satisfied Tresor Rare customer. I must add that I am also extremely pleased with the results I get from the Express 60 Second Lift! I sleep with it on and wake in the morning to little or no bags under my eyes!

I couldn't be happier with this product! I've never seen results like this before!

This review is for Stephanie in their Customer Service Department in Florida. She made sure to get me almost all the product for which I paid $7,330 to the Honolulu store. The store in Honolulu still took advantage and scammed me and was not cooperative after being called out on their actions. However, Stephanie has been absolutely wonderful in helping me get some resolution. I thank God for her during this issue!!!
