This is an update from the 1 Star I gave earlier. The Nassau store and sales people still get 1-Star for terrible sales tactics, but customer service for Tresor Rare gets a solid 5-Stars. As soon as I posted my concern, they reached out to me. They do not want unhappy customers and apologized directly to me. It is rare, but so appreciated, to deal with a company that cares so much for their customers and I commend them. As a result, I would definitely buy from them again (just never in Nassau). PRIOR REVIEW - BEWARE! This is a pure sales scam. They have multiple stores under different names. They try and be friendly and cozy. They will first ask "are married or happy". They will tell you they will give you a sample of what they try on you to think about it. They will tell you about their discounts with your cruise lines (after they find out what cruise line you're on). They show you before and after photos of people who they pulled from the internet from plastic surgery and say their product is the before and after. They show how the list price for their product online is $699 but with this and that discounts you can get it for the low price of about $175. I caught them in 4 different lies - DON'T FALL FOR IT. It's the same as the immediate erasers you can buy at Amazon for around $20.00.

Poor customer service. Requests not responded to, after several days. Disappointed in the 60 second product, as it comes out as a solid. Impossible to spread unless mixed with water. Then, looks cakey under makeup.

I love all my products that I purchase the creams and masks are wonderful I would highly recommend this to all my friends

Did not have expected results!

The product was very nicely packaged. However I fekt it did not compare favorably to a less expensive brand I’d purchased.

The products themselves are great, I love the products! But, the factory packaging of my Exfoliating Cream Cleanser was damaged (the seal on the end of the tube was not sealed, so the contents spilled out into the shipping package.

I ordered a promotional buy-one-get-one free deal for face cleanser. I received only one bottle, instead of two. What is more the bottle that I received was not in any kind of sealed packaging; the cap was off; and the bottle had leaked. When I called customer service, I got an answering machine. Completely unacceptable ... Finally reached customer service. Stephanie was very nice and promised that items would be shipped today. Fingers crossed that it works! In anticipation, I raised my review from one star to three stars.

After having dodged the obnoxious sales team of the Tresor store on Post in San Francisco, I made the mistake of accepting a sample and then being told to wait. The amazing Channel has yet another product for me. I sat, reluctantly, and alllowed her to apply the rare pearl mask/scrub or whatever it is. I actually liked what the product did and said I would take two. Then the sales pitch kicked into high gear. I am half tempted to leave the two jars of the product I bought in the trash when I leave SF in the morning. Just to top it all off, the one package I opened this evening had a filthy lid that appeared rusty at the edges and the lid was screwed on cock-eyed. I have a distinct feeling this was a returned product. To make it even better, Channel called me to tell me she forgot that because I spent a certain amount she wanted to give me a complimentary facial. I bet! I was impressed with the product but you lost me at the hustle. Avoid at all cost!
