my boyfriend bought the eye syringe cream after being pulled in from the street in Scottsdate, Arizona.. He was impressed with the instant results...but the results are only for that day. Further more, turns out that he has an allergic reaction to the cream...the next morning after application his under eye area is raw and red and itchy and is lasting a few days... I am annoyed with myself for letting us go through with the purchase...those high end stressful sales pitch jobs are never reliable. Not to mention the bogus free facial that they rope you into...it is a lie...just a ploy to get their claws in you to high pressure sell you the LED facial machine!!Wasted our whole evening while on our short lived vacation!! I called customer service and she was not very friendly..she instructed me to call the store where we purchased it, so I have done so and am now waiting for the manager to get back to me. What a waste of over $400.oo

Don't get me wrong, this product works, just not in the way that the sales people sell it to you! For such a higher-end product, it is so unbelievable that they can promote it the way they do, almost as though making it a carnival-like atmosphere! I was told it would last a week... Really?? You need to put it on at least once a day. For the money I paid, I found that I could get plexaderm online which is just as good if not better for half the price. Buyer beware. The sales people are mostly obnoxious but somehow rope you in. Sooner or later, Karma will catch up to them

They have a very subtle sales approach yet are able to talk you into items you don't need. I told them I had just gone through 16 rounds of chemo and my skin was very sensitive. They assured me all products were natural. My entire face broke out in a painful rash. Now we know why they have a no refund policy. And be careful of the fake free facial, another ploy to try to sell you a $6000 LED facial machine. Buyer beware!!!

Salesperson was very pushy even after I told him I really couldn't afford the product. He changed the price of the Viporlift from $599 to $299, threw in the facial peel and protecting and defending cream for this price. He then told me to use the products once a week, bagged it up and went to the register. I felt like such a sucker! By the time I finished shopping in the mall the product he used on my eyes was flaking off. Talk about embarrassing! I went ahead and used the products the night of as he told me. May I add the facial peel didn't peel anything off of my face. When I woke up in the morning my eyes were puffy and felt like I had goop in them. I couldn't wear my contacts at all. It was almost like I have an allergy to the product. Needless to say I will not be using this product anymore. I can't return the product to the store as they have a no refund policy. What a waste of money!

Though I have tried the product (I’m not even sure which one due to the fact I can’t even find it online) it is not worth the money. We bought the product in the mall specifically because they harassed us and would NOT take no for an answer. Looked at my fiancé and said that it was wrong of him not to spoil me when I specifically said I didn’t want to pay that much for a face product. We even walked out and the “owner” of the company harassed us to come back in telling us he would sell us a “damaged” box for 75$ for the product was still good, stated it was his discount and the product usually costs 500$. They literally would not let us leave the store without a purchase. We reluctantly did so thinking we would just return it in a day and then later found out we can’t return it. And I get home to what must be a sample size due to it having very little left in the container. I won’t lie it did make my skin feel smooth in the store but I don’t appreciate being harassed to buy an old sample for 75

Very dissatisfied with ur express lift. As I had other products to finish before starting this, the sample must have been sold to me as it's empty already! I use very little as it leaves a film if ur use more. The results aren't worth the money spent. I also purchased the eye zone cream and that too is a waste of money!! Beyond disgusted!!

After liking the first product for my eyes and making a purchase, the sales staff got pushy about their other products and wanted me to spend thousands of dollars. it was ridiculous. They did some product sampling, but i questioned their techniques as there was no hygiene in the brush used between my friend and i who were there. we ceased the demo as they didn't seem phased. We also questioned the process, as they were doing it, they shared the video and the instructions for application and use were in direct contrast to what the lady was trying to show us. i do like the one product i bought, but the overall personality and manner of these individuals makes even my purchase unappealing and definitely will not return as there are other products out there which do similar and don't railroad you or use un-hygenic practices

I bought $1200 of this product in Cozumel recently. I would have said I was a sceptic and understood that If it sounds too good to be true, it is”. I let my self get suckered into a bait and switch High pressure sale. The girl was very good at fake sincerity and the eye serum that was put on my face actually Did produce immediate and noticeable improvements but the product that I was sold absolutely does Not produce the same results. You will see this same sales technic used over and over and in many cities and countries so It Must Be training from the top down. I really wanted the eye serum which they quoted an astronomical price for in order to throw in “freebies “ that I didn’t even want and actually ended up paying for. The salesperson promised me her email address in case I had questions and made me promise to email her pictures of my face in 3 months to see how improved my skin looked. She did write her email address and show it to me But she said she put it in the bag with instructions on How to use my products. Not surprising that it wasn’t in the bag when I checked after leaving the store. The moisturizer is amazing but not for $400. The eye product I brought home is worthless. Be smart, avoid these places especially in resort and tourist areas. They set up there for a reason, to catch you relaxed and off guard.
