This company took advantage of my dad, who has dementia and was in a state of confusion, with high pressure sales tactics and fast talking. He thought he was buying something for $60. They charged him $6500 for a few crappy products. What a horrible company that takes advantage of vulnerable people!

I am a 78 year old female. I was approached by your salesman in Lahaina, Maui. After a very aggressive sales pitch and a demonstration of the products on my face I purchased over $8000.00 of the product recommended by your employee. He told me I would look like I was 55 after using the products. I have been using the products as directed and have seen no improvement in either my face or neck skin. I don't know what he used on my face to make such an improvement, but what I have is worthless. I put the product on a 10 month payment plan and am paying over $700 a month. If I don't get a satisfactory resolution from you soon I will ask my credit card company to dispute the charge. I was scheduled for a free facial treatment 2 days later and when I arrived there was an "owner" there. I was rushed into a back room where he attempted to sell me $85,000.00 worth of products for my entire body. He produced 2 receipts he said where from a couple who had each purchased the $85,000.00 products. When I said absolutely not, he finally got the price down to about $17,000. One item was a mask he said had 14 caret gold in it and it was to be thrown out after use. He said if I purchased these products he would take me to some exclusive place in his boat. I could not believe this. I left feeling very foolish for having purchased the products I had two days before.

My husband and I were enjoying our time in Hanalei during a 5 day stay in Kuaui when we were approached outside of a Tresor Rare street vendor to try a sample of the eye firmimg mask. We ended up buying the mask and were told if we came back two days later we would both receive a "free" relaxing facial on our final day in Hawaii. Agressive sales pitch ensued with no facial--just a quick wipe with warm washcloth over the face and a dab of product focused on half side of face while the salesman did the same "treatment on my husband. The salesman admittedly, was not an esthetician and proceeded to try and badger us into a 5 year contract for product if we paid $4,000.00 up front while talking constantly and dabbing product on the other half of our faces and presenting a mirror where frankly we saw little change. We were never told specifically what product or steps of use and yet made to feel humbled by salesman negotiating down to immediate payment of $3,124.80 with promise to send 12 products 4 of which we had already purchased for $1400.00 two days before. I'm still unsure of what we purchased or how to use these products. We need some help with this issue please.

I usually ignore people hawking items on the street, but decided to grab a free sample of whatever they were handing out. The girl took me inside for another sample and proceeded to give the ridiculous sales pitch. Since I started to detect BS (nanotechnology like botox without the syringe), I asked for the price. "Normally $700 online, but today only $400 because our sales rep is in from (insert exotic place here) and we're offering a special discount." I looked at the woman straight in the eyes and laughed. I've seen these sorts of scams before so I managed my way out of it, but I could definitely see older folks or tourists who don't have the strongest English language skills being scammed by them. Do NOT buy the products. The eye cream does what it says "tightens" because it's likely made with glue. Go out and buy yourself some elmer's glue and add it to your eye cream if that's what you want...it'll save you $400 (or whatever they decide the price is for you at that hour of the day). Real products that work do not use shady sales techniques -- go to Sephora or a department store for legitimate products.

I changed my mind after purchasing products in Tresor rare shop in London U.K. Products are unsealed and unused, the shop manger was informed the day after the purchase and email sent to the customer service as advised on the recied. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forward with lots of stupid questions was finally informed that I can't have a refund !!!!! Please check the reviews before buying items as once you buy the product you won't be able to change your mind. Very unfair and annoying.

I've made numerous attempts to get a resolution for an order that doesn't match what I was told I was getting. Tresor Rare customer service only reached out when I filed a complaint, but that must have been for appearance because I called them and now they won't return my call. It is so frustrating to be taken advantage of.
