I was "sold" a package for $8,000 that I did not want, did not need and could not afford and was unable to unwind the sale so I am now stuck with products that are below par and not worth even 10% of the MSRP. Do not let them lead you to believe these are luxury products, they are not.

As other reviews have mentioned getting a return seems impossible. I have emailed the address as mentioned on the receipt for a return twice and no response. It's been 5 days and no reply at all. I went into the shop (London city store on Fenchurch Street) to speak to the manager, he was happy to do a return but require a code attained by emailing this address. Has anyone ever got a return or a response from the email? I am starting to think these product and company is a hoax created to cheat people out of their money. Especially with a 14 day return instead of a 30 day standard is generally available in the UK. Needing you to email to get a code instead of doing a standard in store return that millions of other genuine company do. Then not response to the email making it impossible for a return! I will be looking at reporting to the trading authority especially if I do get a response from them soon. Businesses like these should not be allowed to thrive and cheat people!

It is really an awful experience! After buying some products under hard sales in 37 Molton Street in London, I went back to return the goods within 12 hours. They told me to contact with the customer service, but refused to give me a refund! I have found numerous customers are struggling with their refunds. The service policy is so clear " for refund, contact with the customer service...". The sales man even told me no one had ever got a refund which made me shcoked. I have asked help from CAB and trading standards, but does not work till now. The person who got her refund through the international CEO was so lucky! What the sales man did to me is almost the same with like others!!!! Pretend to be nice, keep talking, no refund!!! This experience really makes me sick!!! When you see them, just run! Update: I have contact as following and hope to get a refund. I hope that someone can help me as soon as possible! I want to add some experience because what I have suffered these days are disgusting! I want the help from Tresor Rare. It was really unbelievable, after contacting with the customer service in the UK, they said"Refund or return will take place accordance of the regulation of the shop and we do not have any influence about this regulation and shop policy". So why the shop always asked me to contact with the customer service, it seems like they can help me to solve the problem. I feel like being tricked between the shop and the customer service!!! Especially when I found another person who just purchased one day before me, got her refund through the manager even without a reply from the customer service, I was so angry!!

Its now over two months since this company asked for a copy of my complaint to be sent to customer service (see previous posts). This was sent April 20th and despite the promise of assistance in sorting this out I have been completely ignored. Two further emails have been sent to customer services asking for a response and again no response. Unbelievably bad customer service. You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!

Dishonest and high pressure hypocritical staffs that pretend to be nice but turns out to be terrible once you made the payment. Shop interior looks luxe, but products packagings look cheap and bad quality. Never buying again.

Very high pressure sales and dishonest about the products and what they are capable of. They give you a demonstration with seemingly drastic results and lead you to believe this will improve and also be permanent. Even their website is more honest. When reviewing the product on their website and attempting to return the goods the next day we were told story after story that when called on it, proved untrue. This company is unethical and I would warn against having any dealings with them.
