Excellent upscale brand. when i was first givven a sample to try i was quiet skeptical, i didnt really try it for some time, i just left it on my counter. then one Saturday afternoon i decided to try it - it was a tresor rare mask - i applied it to my skin , waited 10 minutes ( more than directed ) and washed it away - it was then that i knoticed the WOW ! i am not young and use ONLY THE BEST SKIN CARE in the world with TOP TOP WEEL KNOWN BRANDS which i carefully choose and i have never seen my skin look so beautiful they way it did that Saturday after noon. BRAVO ! BRAVO !

I permitted a sales consultant to try the products on my face, and after still being skeptical, I was invited back for a free facial. This free facial included not only the BX skin relaxer mask treatment, but the Gold Elixir Mask treatment. By the time they were done with me, I looked at least 6 years younger in one day. I was convinced enough to purchase products and attempt to continue this new younger look. Many friends have asked, what did you do? You look younger! It is important for a consumer to understand, that this company operates in way to offer you free gifts with purchase. Basically the more you spend, the more free stuff is offered. Given the high prices published to the public-you need to understand that a real client does not pay those prices. That is not to say it is cheap, but like any brand-they want to keep their real clients happy and coming back. The prices are not cheap, but there is no pain involved, no cutting, and the results are similar to laser surgery. I had a laser treatment that revealed the same result as the Gold Mask but the mask has no burning or blood involved and no down time. I did have a negative result with the neck serum, it give me a rash and burn on my neck. The company responded and provided me with compensation in the form of products that more than made up for the problem. This company stands behind their products, produces real results and quickly. Its worth the adventure.

Through her individual efforts and skills she was able to restore the our confidence in the Tresor Rare franchise and products, also avoiding a major black mark on the Tresor Rare franchise and products. Earlier this month we bought almost $500 of the Tresor Rare products by the local Tresor Rate franchise and My wife was offered a sample facial to introduce us to more Tresor Rare products and service. Pleased with the effects of the products purchased we anxiously returned for my wife's facial, just prior to a major family event. Unfortunately, we were up sold $13,500 in additional products my wife did not need nor want. After finally leaving the store We immediately realized we had been manipulated into buying products and services my wife did neither needed nor wanted. We notified the store the same day of our desire to cancel the purchase and return the unopened products to the store the next day. Our interactions with the store personnel quickly deteriorated from bad to worse. Only through the timely professional and skilled intervention of Ms. Chelsie DeDecker, Tresor Rare Corporate Customer Service, was the situation defused and turned around. Through her patient, caring and professional communication skills she was able to restore our faith in Tresor Rare products and the integrity of its Corporate Franchise. My wife continues to use the products, is pleased with the results, and we may invest in additional Tresor Rare products and/or services in the future, when appropriate, if iTresor Rare continues to be focused on caring for it's clientele as gracefully demonstrated by Ms. Chelsie DeDecker.
