My husband purchased these products during our Wedding in Las Vegas. I had forgotten he had bought them for me. I recently found them in my closet and began using 3 of the 4 products. They are amazing! When I opened the 4 product it appeared that there was something wrong with it. I called the store and I could not get over the amazing level of Customer Service I received. They will be replacing the defective product immediately. Debra of the Las Vegas store was a pleasure to work with. I wish there were more Customer Service Professionals like her! It's so nice to see a company stand behind their products and value their customers and their satisfaction is the ultimate goal! I wished I had stared using the products sooner! Complete strangers have stopped and said my skin looks so beautiful! These products are worth every penny! Great products! I just love Tesor Rare products! At the beginning I wasn't sure about buying them, because they're quite expensive, but they are worth every penny. My skin feels so good after I use the face cream and serum. I'm going to keep using them for sure.

I recently tried Tresor Rare products for the first time and I just can't get enough! Right now I'm using a face mask, a moisturizer and a serum and I'm so happy with the results and the quality of the products! Best products I've used in a long time.

I purchased 2 products in February 2016 in Los Olas. I noticed that the one product seemed to be quite dry and was not applying properly - certainly not the way it was demonstrated to me in the store. I reached out to customer service and sent a picture of my product - they agreed it looked dry and asked me if I still had the receipt (which I did) - i sent a picture of my receipt and within an hour, I had a lovely response from Tresor Rare asking for my mailing address as they were sending me a new product immediately. The product arrived (to Canada) within 2 days. I could not have been more impressed with this service. I also LOVE the products and would encourage anyone to purchase from this company.
