I first experienced Tresor Rare on a visit to the United States, in Miami Beach, in a small store. The shop assistant was very competent and even let me test out the products I was interested in. I decided to buy the products because I liked the effect of them right away and it just has been a few minutes. As I was back in my home country and unpacked my luggage, I realized that the shop assistant accidentally packed two of the same products instead of two different ones. I contacted customer service immediately and asked for help. I got help right away, just a few hours later. After I sent in some pictures of the items and my receipt they were able to help me and now I'm able to exchange one of the products for the other one. Thank you customer service and thank you Tresor Rare for your excellent selection of beauty products!

I was a bit skeptical about this company and I usually don't spend a lot of money on skin care products, but the serum and cream I tried were absolutely amazing! I absolutely recommend trying they're products.

Visited Puerto Banus at the end of January and found ourselves in the tresor rare shop where they were demonstrating some new products. I saw Fabio who was extremely knowledgable and careful in explaing the products. Over the weekend I tried and purchased eye lift , neck and face mask and a few other things. Fabio and the staff were extremely courteous and professional and they dispatched the product by courier to be with me when I got home emailed full instructions and offered ongoing support during this first few weeks. I love the products , very pleased with the results and look forward to staying with them in the years to come.

Purchased from the Tresor Rare store in Nassau Bahamas, the sale representives were so kind and professional and the products are amazing. When I got home I had a fe questions regarding the products and was very happy and surprised to see the personal and professional customer service! Love the products! Worth the price!
