Do not buy
Do not buy! Do not enter that shop, London UK 150 Fenchurch Street. They always stay outside the shop and trying to sell their products. I was passing buy and a guy invited me to the store. I was full enough to buy a product 10ml !!!! for £120, they say the full price was £500. and!!! if I don't like the results I can return it at any time! I bought it, but at home look at the ingredients, not that good. Also, if a company and product is good, they won't sell it cheaper. A respectable company won't put 3 men to sell the products outside the shop! On the receipt says you can return it and get the refund in 14 days but need to email them before going to the shop. My product was unopened, I did email them before. I went to the shop but they said I need to wait an answer on the email, with an authorisation code. they cannot do anything, they don't have a number from customer service. The next day I received an answer to my email, however no authorisation code, just questions on why do I need to return the product. I answered and since than nothing. Went today in the store, same story.. but I said I won't leave the store and they said they will call the police :). It was very intimidating to wait there with 3 men in the store. In the end I received my money threatening them that I will just stay in the store forever and I will call myself the police. Before going to the store, I also called the citizen advice call centre, they advice me that this company is a scam and they are in breach of contract: on their receipt says you can get your money back in 14 days by emailing them. But they want you to follow a different process, answering question, waiting for an authorisation code, therefore a different process. Happy to get my money back, and I won't do this stupid mistake ever! just do not get intimidated, don't leave the store till you get the money. take a friend with you, make sure you call citizen advice before. they are really helpful.
