Feel like I was ripped off of $350 and thank God that's all I spent. A guy grabbed us off the streets while we were vacationing in Hawaii with fast talk & a free packet of moisturizer. He put a creme under my eyes that immediately tightened the skin. He said to use it everyday for a week then on e a week after that for wrinkles to disappear. It is a quick few hour fix that washes right off and no way you can wear makeup with it. The free facial is a joke..they are just trying to hook you into buying $2000 more products. Once you tell them you are not buying the machine, there goes your facial and you're dropped like a hot potato. Fast talkers sold my husband $350 worth of stuff that has peeled my face & the eye tightening serum washes right off. I wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!

I bought the eye syringe in Bahamas, we paid $300 and the guys there said that it would last a week. This is not true it really last a day maybe less. There are other products in the market that do the same for $50. I definitely wouldn't recommended.

Customer service seems to say they do not train the salespeople as the stores are independent. Why then do they use the same sales pitch( that resembles a time share sales pitch). I was in Atlantis, Bahamas the end of October and was enticed into the store by an upper management employee visiting from Singapore for two weeks. I was shown pictures of her clientele on her cell phone , asked how much I spent in a year on product and facials, offered the use of her name and passport for a sales transaction to avoid the VAT . Offers were only good for that day as she was flying back to Singapore the next day. I explained that I needed to research the products before I would make any commitment. She appeared insulted that I would not accept her word as to the benefits of the product. Extremely high pressure while trying to ‘ become my best friend’. I am sorry for all the people who have felt so pressured to spend thousands of dollars on these products. But I am also happy that they have had the courage to expose these stores and sale people as the low life that they are. If you like the product and have not been pressured into the sale then good for you. But let people know that they need to exercise caution when agreeing to enter the store.

Don’t buy products from this company at the location at ( BD - le savon #4 ) the shoppers at the palazzo 3777 Las Vegas blvd s Las Vegas Nevada. I bough for my wife the complete age defying eye zone concentrate for the price of $500 dollars it was no the original product we notice once we got to the resort because the wrapping was rely weird and also we scan the box and the are selling on amazon for $200 dollars went the original product cost like $900 so I went back to the store and approach the sales person that sold me the product asking him to give back the money because I knew that it was fake and he said that they don’t do any refund he was rely nervios because he knew that I found out so Tresor Rare if you guys care about the reputation of the company you should contact the franchise owner for that store and let him know what the employees are doing if you need any information from me here is my cell 786-477-9619 my name is william I would also be glad to send you the product with the receipt so you guys could check it. It’s bad for the brand reputation.

The WORST products and experience. LOCATION: Lahaina, Maui SALES: I cannot say enough about how hard they pressure you to spend money while not answering legitimate questions with straight answers. Everyone there, including an upper-management employee visiting from CA, was a manipulative, condescending, insulting, bully. All the other store owners and employees along the street we went into warned us to stay away and said they are constantly getting costumers who complain about the treatment they received at Tresor Rare and that the products are not worth the money. IN-STORE TRIAL OF PRODUCTS: For me, I did end up falling for the 60Second Eye Lift. While in the store, it worked on me. I felt the muscles around my eyes contracting and the skin grew visibly tighter and less wrinkled. My friend watched it and was amazed by the results. She tried it and felt the muscles respond, too. At least that's what they told us was happening. HOWEVER!!!!! USAGE OF PRODUCTS: I have now followed the directions exactly, as told to me in the store and as written, for 6 weeks and never once have I felt the muscles work nor has it helped me wrinkles. In fact, it just dries as a shiny layer under my eyes, which crinkles when I move and exaggerates my wrinkles. COSTUMER SERVICE: I just called the store to ask them about this and whoever answered the phone only said, in a very annoyed tone, "Hello." I didn't even know if I had reached a business, let alone Tresor Rare. When I explained what was happening, she flatly told me I was using the product wrong. When I told her I was not only following the verbal instructions but also the WRITTEN instructions they literally highlighted for me in the store, all of which are the opposite of what she was saying, her answer was: "They must have been confused." Confused enough to have printed material to hand out to each customer who makes a purchase? Again, she told me to do the opposite of what I'd been instructed to do and hung up. RESULT: The worst $400 I've ever spent. The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Dodgy company. Bought one product in Key West...but they tried to upsell me to the tune of $5000! Incredible! I don’t believe their claims and you can’t find a list of ingredients on some of their products. I’m afraid to put their stuff on my face because I can’t find the ingredient list or any independent reviews that are not from the company itself.

I had not heard of his skincare brand until today. I was walking past their store on Bond Street and was outed in with free samples of eye cream, by a female sales person. She gave a few compliments and said the manager of the store will try the exfoliator on my hand. He tested it on my hand and hen told me that there is a cream and face wash to go with it and the total would be £315 and I’d also get a free facial of my choice. I repeatedly said I would not make such an expensive purchase without any research into this brand, he almost couldn’t hide his disgust. He asked where I am from and proceeded to show me a pic on his phone of a woman who is apparantly from the same country as myself, and the miraculous before and after pics. When I changed my tone and said I wouldn’t be buying until I research, his friendly demeanour suddenly changed, as if I had wasted his time. He didn’t say goodbye and gave me the dirtiest look as I left the store. Also, the whole time I was in the store another male salesman sat in the couch adjacent to me, glaring at me with contempt. In fact no one that said hello when I walked in said bye when I walked out. They saw me with my big Burberry bag and thought they had found a soft touch, he even asked me how much I had spent on the bag and tht skincare would be better to spend money than a bag, I agreed with him, but commmeted that, I still need to do my own research as everyone Akin is different and I know it better than he ever will. I will never go into this store again or accept any free samples as I walk past. It’s bully tactics, and they saw me as pound signs, and I also got the distinct impression that my skin colour was not appreciated.

Avoid is bst. Overpriced products with very aggressive and desperate sales statergy. I got pulled in to the San Francisco store on Powell street. I thought the sales patter felt familiar it was only when I researched the company i found it is connected to Ora gold who had the same patter which i has herd years ago in London. this time I was told the products last a year and some 2 years. Seller wasent happy I didn’t buy and started go knock the products I use without knowing what they are.
