Paid them 4000.- $ for products to be shipped in September 2018 - after several written and phone requests they have managed it to send a part of the products that i have paid in April 2019 -> 7 months delayed!!! UPDATE May 2019: 8 months later i still do not have all the products which i have paid. The Company is ignoring all my requests. It is clear that several products have been removed from my shipping package (my property) without my permission and since these guys are not responding at all, it seems that they do not intend to give my property to me. official Definition of the verb: "stealing" take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it. I have never experienced a Company that Acts as ignorant and unacceptable as the Tresor Rare individuals do. The Actions they did, totally match to the official definitions of unlawful behavior. My experience Shows and proofs that this Company is not acting in accordance to applicable law. They do not care that time is of the essence, what it means when they brake a contract, that consumers have rights. My experience from being a customer at Tresor Rare: A criminal act in which property belonging to another is taken without that person's consent. The term theft is sometimes used synonymously with Larceny. Theft, however, is actually a broader term, encompassing many forms of deceitful taking of property, including swindling, Embezzlement, and False Pretenses.

Very poor quality product. I am very disappointed with the product I have paid Mur 30,000 just for an eye cream and face cream with no results for the past 1 and half month instead my skin is becoming darker from my upperlips to chin side. I believe what they try on your skin for testing and what they provide you is 2 different products! They have also not provided me with receipt of all the products Such Liars

We were ashore from a cruise ship and were enticed into the Tresor Rare store in Prince George Plaza, Nassau, N.P. the Bahamas on January 17, 2019. After a demonstration we bought some eye cream. A salesman offered us champagne (we declined) and suggested cosmetic devices. We asked more than once what that would cost and were told 72. He insisted on demonstrating a neck lift cosmetic device to my wife in a separate room. He obtained her signature for our credit card without letting her to see the itemization, the total, or their No Return policy. We were not given a receipt. They gave us a bag with some merchandise. We promptly returned to our nearby cruise ship, went online, and discovered we had been charged $7282.08. I called our credit card dispute department, canceled the transaction and went ashore. I returned the bag with all items they had given us, which they accepted, and informed them that I had canceled the transaction. Even then I was not told of the NO RETURN policy. I was shown but not given a copy of the statement. After returning home to Miramar Beach, FL, we received 3 Tresor Rare Fedex shipments from different U.S. locations. We followed the dispute department’s directions to return the items (by UPS). Neither Tresor Rare nor their suppliers communicated with us regarding these returns, so they must have been accepted. Tresor Rare still claims they are due $7282.08. I think this blatant attempt by the personnel at this Nassau branch of Tresor Rare, supported by the parent company, to defraud us is disgraceful.

Complete waste of money. Express 60 second lift lasts maybe a few hours. Not the miracle cream its purported to be. Very high pressure sales. Walk away!

I was coerced into purchasing over $1,000 worth of products. The salesmen pulled me in from the aisle and told me I was beautiful. Then put the cream under 1 eye and, yes, the results were amazing. He went through the whole pitch continually saying I was so beautiful and I deserved to have the best looking skin. When the price was announced at $499 I told him no, I did not have the money. The pitch went on and on. By this time he had done the other eye put stuff on my wrist as well. I had to take my jacket off for him to do that. I continued to say no and he continued to push other products into the sale, all free of charge, and lowered the price to $399. I tried to get up and leave but was literally guided with his hands to the sales register. I had been in the store for over 30 minutes at this point. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and knew I needed to eat. I made the foolish decision to just purchase what he was selling so I could leave and eat. There were no obvious signs saying "No Refunds Allowed" and I made a bad decision to purchase while my blood sugar was low. As I put my jacket on turning to leave the store, the salesman asked me to take a look at the room in the back. Because of the low blood sugar at that point, I followed him. More aggressive sales tactics, including lies about the Eneo FDA Cleared device. He promised it would cure all the Rosacea on my neck. He asked what that was from and I told him it wasn't Rosacea, it was from the pain I had from a nerve injury. He asked more questions about the pain and promised this device would fix the pain. Again, at this point I was very low, needed to eat and just wanted to go do that. That was all my carbohydrate/sugar deprived brain could figure out. So another purchase of over $700 was made and I got to leave. By the time I had eaten and returned to my car, I knew I had made a huge mistake. It was Valentine's Day and I had a dinner date with my husband so going back in to the store was not an option. I called the next day and was told no refunds, only exchanges. Granted, I did sign the receipt. However, I was lied to multiple times by the salesman in regards to what the little machine could do for my pain. It is only cleared for use on the face, not anywhere else on the body! And he knew where my pain was and it's not on my face. The aggressive sales has continued over the phone when I cancelled my facial and told them I wanted a full refund again. "Come in tomorrow and we will talk about it. Come get the facial and you'll feel wonderful, you are so beautiful and you deserve it." I continued to tell him, no, I wanted a refund and I did not want the facial. 3 more times he told me "I had the time to come in tomorrow, just come in and we'll talk while we do the facial." I hung up and have been called multiple times in the last couple of days. I have not opened or used any of the products. If there are returns allowed on the website for up to 14 days, there is absolutely no reason why returns should not be allowed at a local store! It's absurd. I will be filing a claim with Small Claims Court as well as the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be stopped. It absolutely does not matter if their products work or not! Their sales tactics and lies need to be punished.

I bought under the eye cream in Bahamas and the stuff they used on me is not the same thing they sold me. Very disappointing.

It last 24 hrs. I was sold by then saying it was 7 days. Also it does not work any better than the other online for $60. I would not buy it again or recommend it

I agreed to purchase over 700 american of Tresor Rare products from a salesman while my husband and I were in Kauai, HA this month. This man put a lot of pressure on me during the sale, saying that he would advise me about my face only if I purchased the products from him first. He also discredited his co-worker saying that "he doesn't know anything." Initially I agreed because I was relaxed, happy, and trusting. It takes a lot of people a long time for reality to hit in a situation like that. I was no exception and that man knew it. I was on my honeymoon that I had waited for, for 22 years. My debit card was rejected so he took a print of it and said I could get the consultation and pick up the merchandise if the card went through. In the meantime, I was beginning to realize that his methods were unorthodox and because he said the products were a lot more expensive on line, I looked them up. They are unaffordable for me to continue with the product line so there was no point for me to continue with the sale. More importantly, my trust was gone. I sent him an email asking him not to run the card through and that I would not be purchasing from him. Several hours later, he ran the card through. So here I sit, no merchandise, no consultation and an $1011.34 Canadian charge to my debit card. The next day, I asked him to put the money back. He refused, saying I would have to go through customer service or the credit card people could fight it out. I contacted customer service which turned out to be him! That man ruined my honeymoon for us because my husband and I fought over it. If you go to Kauai, beware. You cannot avoid these people who hang out in the tourist areas waiting for their prey.
