Terrible service why do they ask for hashtags and your brand I have no idea. I was getting genetic followers like dog mums and interior designers not my target market at all.
I wrote them and they gave me this excuse oh our AI has to learn. I said not so smart much better the AI knows right at the beginning I know enough about AI that you can target right from the outset.
what your market is and the fine tunes from there but to add generic followers right at the beginning and hundreds of them that have no relationship to my brand is horrible. STAY AWAY

I would punch them in the face!!! Not for selling this service but for being deceptive and holding untruthful claims.
All the reviews on their homepage are fake! The Instagram profiles don’t exist!
Forbes? Business insider? Lie!

The video from the company looks very professional but I became very skeptical that this isn’t an AI generated video!
They are probably paying poor people to create profiles and then follow whoever subscribed to their service.
Here’s my summary:
- you start with the service
- you get the first fake followers
- you ask about it and they say that their AI needs more time to improve which is a lie (they basically want to calm you down so they can take your money)
- the whole AI is a lie, there are no AI insights whatsoever
- they look „professional“ with the targeting tools but they are totally useless
Now the followers:
- they all look exactly the same
- they all use screenshots from real profiles (it looks so bad it’s almost funny)
- the fake followers all follow each other!!
- the fake followers have not one single like or comment
I can’t even describe how bad I want to punch them in the face. They’re insulting our intelligence.
Now the best part: i wrote an email to cancel my subscription but when they immediately stopped following yet I paid for one month. When you cancel, you’re canceling the whole service and not just the subscription!

looks like a scam ...
we signed up and immediately got new followers, all from fake accounts. All of our new "followers" had 23-25 posts but 600 - 800 followers, none of it was real.
I contacted their customer service immediately and was told that their algorithm would improve and we would see new users more aligned with our target group. After three days we got a notice from IG that our account was suspected of using automation. Again, we asked trendgram about it but were told that this could not have been their actions. Well, if there is only a single variable it was 100% the result of their actions.
There are red flags everywhere, that unfortunately I did not see when signing up. Trendgram shows Trustpilot score of 4.81 on their website. After checking on Trustpilot, the actual score, based on 14 review at the time of writing is 2.8. None of the reviews listed on their site (Trustpilot won't let me insert a link to the trendgram website) are real, all are made up.
The domain was registered on Oct 23, 2023 (again, I can't insert a link but go to whois and search for the trendgram domain) , but they list reviews for their service dated in 2021. Massive red flag.
On top of their site they have a flash sale offering discounts, this flash sale is on a constant counter, never expires. So it is not a flash sale but pressure marketing tactic.
The trendgram website shows "user just signed up" in regular intervals. Without proof I can't say for certain, but I am pretty sure this is just another marketing tactic by them and that these users are not real.
I searched the website for a company address, but neither their T&C nor the privacy policy show a registered name or address, both a required under European law.
Their website says "made with love in California". I tried to find a company registered under the name trendgram inc in CA, but no company with that name is registered in the state of California, but the domain was registered with these details

Google business cannot find a company registered under the name trendgram inc either. But what I did find were two reviews about trnedgram on reddit and scamadviser, both advising readers to stay away from them.
My advice is the same. Stay away from this, you gain nothing but fake followers, your engagement ratio will drop and IG might even suspend your account. and on top of that, you are out of money

They get a bunch of fake followers for…
They get a bunch of fake followers for you who all have about 600-700 followers and no comments/likes/etc.. It'll probably hurt your account. I canceled immediately once I realized the scam but they still charged me for a month even after I canceled the day I got charged. They count on that income from people who don't cancel before the free trial ends and won't refund.
