Hey there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. At Trendgram, we are committed to providing genuine followers, not bots. Our followers are real individuals who are genuinely interested in your content. While it's true that not all followers may be tagged in photos, this is common among many social media users who prefer to maintain a certain level of privacy. The presence of multiple photos indicates active use, which is one of the ways we ensure the quality of the followers we provide. We understand that you might have had a different expectation, and we apologize if our service did not meet those expectations. We continually audit our processes to improve the authenticity and quality of our followers. If you have further concerns or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
