TravelrouterTravelRouter (a service of Infranetworks Enterprise LLC, based in Miami, Florida) helps people who live, work, or travel outside the U.S. stay connected as if they never left home. Many of our clients are remote workers, expats, and frequent travelers who run into the same problem: apps, banks, and work systems that only work properly with a U.S. connection. We solve that with simple, ready-to-use devices and remote access plans that keep you connected securely, without needing any technical knowledge yourself — we handle the setup for you. We're a small, hands-on team, not a call center. When you reach out for help, you're talking directly to the people who set up your service, and we stay with you for as long as you need it.Our goal is simple: take one more thing off your mind when you're far from home, so staying connected is the last thing you have to worry about.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience working with Travelrouter. Their team has configured multiple VPN travel routers for my needs, and they have always been timely, thorough, and efficient. What I appreciate most is the consistency and attention to detail. The routers are configured properly, communication is straightforward, and issues after delivery are rare. On the few occasions where clarification or additional support has been needed, the team has been responsive and helpful. Overall, they’ve proven to be reliable and technically competent, and I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of their work. I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for professionally configured travel router solutions.

Thanks Tomide for taking the time to write this up in detail. Consistency and attention to detail are things we actually pay attention to internally, so it's good to hear that comes through on your end too. Glad the process has stayed straightforward across multiple setups — that's the goal, especially when it's a repeat order rather than a one-off. If anything ever needs clarifying down the line, you know where to find us. Thanks for the recommendation — The TravelRouter Team

Hi Ariel, Thanks for the review — I'll make sure Alex sees this. Glad the setup went smoothly and that he's been there when you needed him, emergencies included. That's pretty much the standard we hold ourselves to on the whole team, not just him. Appreciate you recommending us. Thanks for being a customer. — The TravelRouter Team

Absolutely fantastic service — reliable, responsive, and truly life-changing! I have been using TravelRouter for several years now, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about them. Their service has made my life so much easier, especially while traveling and working across different time zones. What stands out most to me is how incredibly reliable and responsive their support team is. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, they have been there to help — even when I was traveling in completely different time zones and needed support at unusual hours. They have always responded quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. I am so incredibly grateful to have found a company I can depend on. Knowing that I have reliable service and a fantastic support team behind me gives me such peace of mind when I travel. I highly recommend TravelRouter to anyone looking for dependable service and exceptional customer support. I am genuinely so happy with my experience and will absolutely continue recommending them to my friends, coworkers, and family. Thank you, TravelRouter, for making my life so much better! You are absolutely fantastic! ❤️

Hi Jennifer, Thanks for taking the time to write this — and for being with us for years. It's exactly the kind of feedback we like to hear, especially the part about getting support at odd hours across time zones. That's the whole reason we keep this team small: so someone who actually knows your setup is the one answering. Glad we've been able to make travel and remote work one less thing to worry about. Thanks for spreading the word — see you around! — The TravelRouter Team
