I was very hesitant to use this service, but after my third booking, I can share that it's been a very positive experience. You work with an actual human, who picks up your call, and who assists every step of the way. Summer, my representative even calls back to offer to alter my reservation if she finds a better price or flight. Five stars!

I had a fabulous experience with Jeff from American Airlines in Customer Service although he could not change my ticket because I had economy he did everything he could to try to make things better for me as an older woman in her 60s traveling alone what a wonderful employee and kind human .
