I bought a ticket BOSJFKBOS for $173 which magically was no longer available, but got a confirmation or reservation number - when I called and spoke to your agent Victor, he was able to get me a rate of $398 for a fare that was supposed to be higher than $560 with Delta directly - Once confirmed and purchased, I went into Delta to get seats and saw the actual fare paid $232.79 . You've had the audacity to charge $166 as an ARC FEE - I WANT MY REFUND FOR A FEE I WAS NEVER TOLD AND WAS LIED TO, GIVING ME A TOTAL FARE AND NOT A BREAK DOWN- YOU ARE DISPICABLE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY DISHONESTLY .

Dear Maritza, Sorry to hear about the experience you had. We invested your case & found that when you were trying to book the flight, only 1 seat was available at $173.00 however that was sold out before completion of your booking. And the agent Victor offered you the flight ticket in $398.00 was the cheapest unpublished fare at that point of time. If you'll check the ticket cost of any unpublished fare on airline website then you would be able to see the tax part only but not the base fare. It was non refundable ticket you booked through us still we processed the refund of your entire ticket value as one time exception.

Dear Joseph We investigated your case & found that the flight ticket you were looking for was at discounted fare & only 1 seat was available because your travel date was also very close. Unfortunately, Before picking up your seat at the discounted fare somebody else grabbed it. Prices of flight tickets are always dynamic in nature, If you still looking for discounted flight ticket then please call us on our toll free 1-855-879-0111. Apart from that it's our company's policy that we do not charge customer's card till the time ticket will not issue. Thank you FlightFareDeals -Subsidiary Alliance with Voyage Creators Inc.
