Attempted to change reservation for my 89 year old aunt and was informed there would be a $130 USD fee for the change. When I questioned the fee, I was told to call United customer service.

We were scammed with this site and had to pay. Husband went to the airport and there was no such name for a ticket on the plane even though the flight numbers are correct. This was my experience.

Hi! I never said that I didn’t agree to the policy. I did agreed and understood that the flight is none refundable. That’s why I agreed to future credit. The first wrong think that your company did was to putting unpolished fare with cheap price one’s customers book the flight they gets pending confirmation with no availability seat. You asking them to pay more to book available seats. This is cheating. Second issue that I had was when I called to book the new flights using my future credit the agent asked me to pay about $700 more. That new price was above the market price. Delta had the same flight for around $1888 at that time and your website had it for around $1279. The price you asked me to pay was selling me that ticket for around $2500. I never said I wouldn’t pay the flight difference. I would pay if there was any flight difference available with airline market price. Now I already booked my flight to Cancun directly from airline and didn’t use any of the future credit. I wouldn’t leave my $1890 to the agency. I want the agency to refund my money or I have no choice but to seek legal help. Regards

I advise against using travelodaddy.com. I booked a round trip flight from New York LGA to Ft. Meyers Florida. All of the requested information was provided including my credit card information. I subsequently received an email noting that they tried reaching me over the phone but were not able to connect. They requested that I contact them because the reservation could not proceed. No one ever called me or left a message. A representative said that there were no seats on the flight and that the fare was no longer available. I do not trust this company. I ended up booking a flight directly with an airline.

Language Barrier Took over 45 minutes to even come close making a reservation! Asked for photos of my identification and my credit card! Very sketchy! Claimed they saved me money !! Canceled my order. Called airline directly and saved over $600 Would never use them

Horrible experience currently stranded at the airport they basically sold me a flight that didnt exist ..

This company is a complete scam!!! They lie and call u back saying your airfare changed , only to charge u an extra 250 per ticket ... they canceled my wife’s return flight with no warning of reason.. I have an attorney handling the matter and been in touch with the sec of state ! ... DO NOT DO BUSINESS... LAWSON IS A FRAUD

Reportarlos.
