Fake Prices and bad services
I shared the same experience as Sheila below. What is worse is that, the agent mentioned that the ticket could not be booked with the price honored on their website because we did not pick up their call, which is totally a lie and really annoyed me. I could have let it go and just be more cautious using its service next time. I hope this message can reach the higher level of the company, and put the reference number here: TOD1658420774

Fake prices
They advertise low prices. You book. It doesn’t go thru. They call you continuously to tell you it’s booked and sold out try to get you to book a more expensive flight. Waste of time. Wouldn’t trust them

I would leave 0 stars but makes you…
I would leave 0 stars but makes you leave at least 1. I booked a flight on their website then hours later was called and told I could not have the flight that it was sold out. When I called and asked if it was sold out why 2 weeks later are they still advertising the same flight. Was passed around on the phone for an hour to be told that they don't know why it was still on the site and there was nothing that could been done. DON'T trust this company!!

SCAM SITE - Not What It Seems
I do not understand why you look for a flight on this website, book it, only for them to come back and say it is not available at that price any longer. Every time I have done this it comes back not available and the price is ALWAYS higher! Further, when trying to book my latest trip there were a ton of options, selected my flight, booked it, to only be told the options are not available, yet on their site it says there is. DO NOT TRUST.

The agents accent was too thick to…
The agents accent was too thick to comprehend my issue The agent was unable to assist due to poor understanding of English. My departure date is 4/18, return date 4/21. The airline (Delta) cancelled my original flight for Monday 4/18. I had to choose another for Tuesday 4/19. I called to ask the agent if it were possible to change my hotel reservation from 4/18-4/21 to 4/19-4/21, but due to language barrier was unable to help me. So I guess I’m paying for 4/18 when I’m not arriving until 4/19.
Response from TravelodaddyApr 18, 2022
Dear Kenneth, We are sorry to hear about your experience, however if in-case there is a schedule change by the airlines, you receive an alternate option free of cost irrespective of the current fare of that flight. In regards to the hotel, since the hotel was not booked through our company, we will not be able to make any changes to it. Upon checking the call recording, we found that due to high call volume your call was connected to a Spanish agent and he was trying to help you in english. If you call again, please ask for an english language expert in case you feel that you have been connected to a spanish agent. Please feel free to contact us on the number mentioned below for any further assistance. Thanks & Regards, https://www.travelodaddy.com (Powered by Voyage creators Inc.)
