I am very pleased with service.

I had booked my flight and I got a call and an email that it was sold out and the gentleman that called me helped me find a seat on a different flight. Jonathan Rodríguez was very helpful, very polite and very patient. He kept a calm voice through the whole call. Very satisfied customer here. Thank you so much!!!!
