Ended up getting a great deal on my flights but it a bit of a hassle. First flight i booked i called to find out that they were full. I was assisted by James (ex 105) who was very patient and polite but had to book another flight for an extra $700! (not sure if that's the regular spiel or not) They should have honored the initial booking price but i didn't have much of an option bc the same flights on the airlines website and my regular third party booking website any everywhere else i looked were astronomical. I was kept on hold twice for some time and seemed a little dodgy the whole time but i was assured by James who stayed in constant contact until the moment i received my ticket number. ( i received the confirmation right away but had to wait for the ticket number the next day) Called James the next day and he got me my ticket number right away. Overall im glad i booked. Thank you James

Good prices in the beginning after you call the price increase a lot if you want cabin or economic seats a and when you ask where it’s the cabin it’s in back of the airplane. I think it’s better say the true since the beginning not hidden nothing. Good customer service, nice and very kind persons. Thank you.

It was a cool site although I couldn’t get in contact with anyone with the number they provide the price was pretty decent they need to be more accessible for the customers

Good prices, but I did not appreciate the bait and switch. There were flights listed as bookable, but when I called in I was told that there were no seats available for that flight and I would be placed on a waiting list. Then there was a very long wait while the agent researched flights that I actually could book, with seats available.

Ok there's really nothing for me to say the service was okay
