Overall experience was good but I was bothered by two things. The first being, a flight for one price and then notifying me those seats are no longer available. I wouldn’t think anything of it if I was flying alone but the same thing on the same flight happened to my friends. Second, Nathan was extremely helpful, professional, and polite but he talked a little to fast. So because of those two things, it’s worth a 4 star rating.

The advertised price of the airline…
The advertised price of the airline ticket does not tell you what is a basic economy price until Jason explained it.

Flight reservations
I was skeptical at first when I immediately was called back and my initial choice,I was informed, was not acceptable. I was then offered main cabin at,obviously a higher charge than my initial selection. Even so,the price was fair and Nathan was helpful and the process was quite painless. I would recommend this company and may use it for future travels.

Jason x105 gets 5 stars for Outstanding service and keeping my confidence that everything would get done. The servers were down and the whole process took 2 days to complete that's why the 4 star rating. None of that was Jason's fault and I really appreciated his professionalism. This transaction would not have happened without him, 5 stars
