I worked with Alan before to get travel insurance. My prior trip was quite complicated and he gave me some excellent advice so that I knew I was getting the coverage I needed. My most recent trip was much simpler but I cared about being sure I had the right medical coverage. Once again, he was responsive and informative. In all my interactions, I have never felt that he was 'upselling'. I very much appreciate the responsiveness and the transparency.

First heard about this company at the Travel Expo in Chicago. The agent I spoke with gave me an opportunity to double check his quotes on the Internet before purchasing. Explained the pre-existing condition clause and helped me choose a policy we could use. Would use them again in the future.
