Had a great experience the second time I called to check on prices and offers. First time I called the agent only checked one company which was expensive.

Easy to purchase and $200 cheaper than another quote! The trip isn't until next year, so I can't give anything 5 stars when I haven't had a claim yet! (And hope I don't have to.)

Purchased a travel insurance policy for an 8 day S Africa Safari. The policy covered the same of a competitor at a lower rate. Met our representative Brandon Hughbanks at a recent travel show in DC. He's professional and very helpful clarifying and uncertainties.

I am always pleased with the service I receive. I wish there was a more basic plan for when the medical portion is otherwise taken care of. However, the plan I purchased was not badly priced.

The Travel Insurance Center is a fast and easy way to purchase insurance. Never having had to make a claim (happily) I cannot vouch for the effectiveness of the policies they sell.

It was easy and your associate Brandon Hughbanks was outstanding and accomodating . Excellent customer service and answered all the questions will full knowledge etc... Would use again primarily because Brandon was efficient and knowledgeable.
